All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the digital file has been made available for download.

Exception — File Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., corrupted file, broken download link, or inability to access your purchase), please contact us and we will resend or replace the file at no additional cost.

Personal Use Only

All digital files sold by iArt Tech Studio are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing of our files — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the files. All designs, artwork, and content remain the intellectual property of iArt Tech Studio. Ownership of the files is not transferred upon purchase.

Software Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software to open and use the purchased files. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues with your devices, printers, or software.

Print Quality

Print results may vary depending on your printer, paper, and print settings. We are not responsible for the quality of physical prints produced from our digital files.

Download Access

Download links are permanent. You will have ongoing access to your purchased files through your order confirmation or account.

EU Right of Withdrawal – Digital Downloads

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. However, by completing your purchase and accessing your digital download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exceptions – Corrupted or Damaged Files If you receive a file that is corrupted, damaged, or unusable, we will resend the correct file at no additional cost. To request a replacement, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

No refunds or returns are offered for digital products once downloaded.
